Before you arrive.

Which cottages face the lake?

Units 7, 9 and 11 are direct lake view cottages with a sunroom facing the lake. Units 15, 17, 19 and 21 are on the second row, with views between the front row cottages. Unit 48 is a larger cottage right on the bluff overlooking the lake.

How many guests does each cottage sleep?

Units 7, 9, 11, 17, 19 and 21 sleep 4. Units 15 and 48 sleep 6.

What is included in the cottage?

Kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, basic spices, silverware, and cooking and grill utensils. All linens are included.

Is there a beach, and can I fish?

Yes. Walk down to the beach, where a dock is available, and swim in Lake Champlain. Fishing is also available from the waterfront.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs love the walking trails we mow through the hay fields on the 45 acres. Please contact us about the pet policy before you book.

Are the cottages open year-round?
